Fresh Graduate Program (FGP) 2025

Mubadala Energy Fresh Graduate Program is an internship program with excellent ways to gain exposure and working experience in an international Oil and Gas Company, as well as an opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and competencies. The program will start in the beginning of 2025 up to 31 December 2025.

1. Fresh Graduate Program 2025 – BPIRMA

Responsibilities include but not limited:
  • Identify potential business improvements across procedure, departments, and functions.
  • Provide support for risk management activities including risk review, actions tracking, and reporting.
  • Provide support for management programs and projects.
  • Provide support for audit activities.
  • Review existing policies and procedures within the company.

Qualifications:
  • Hold Bachelors (S1) degree preferable in Industrial Engineering or Accounting. Other Engineering or Management majors are welcome
  • Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Fresh graduate, 0 – <1 year of experience
  • Attention to details, good public speaking, analytical thinking, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Good communication (written and spoken) in English.
  • Proficient in operating Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

2. Fresh Graduate Program 2025 – Supply Chain Management (Jakarta)

Responsibilities include but not limited:
  • Support procurement cycle process in the oil and gas industry in Indonesia
  • Monitor compliance for the sourcing process
  • Prepare and monitor CIVD announcement and registration
  • Assist vendor registration in system
  • Administer tender document template
  • Assist pre-qualification process
  • Preparing correspondence with Bidders
  • Assist in ad-hoc project assignment
  • Involve and support in SCM project as necessary

Qualifications:
  • Hold Bachelors (S1) degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Management major
  • Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Fresh graduate, 0 – <1 year of experience
  • Attention to details, analytical thinking, accuracy, and willing to learn
  • Able to work in a team and independently
  • Knowledge of data analysis, and product and/or graphic design
  • Good communication (written and spoken) in English and assertiveness.

3. Fresh Graduate Program 2025 – Supply Chain Management (Balikpapan)

Responsibilities include but not limited:
  • Support Material Management process and activities in the oil and gas industry in Indonesia
  • Support Warehouse, inventory and logistics activities
  • Support supply chain management practice in the working field.
  • Contributes to the Supply Chain department on processes, products, and services.
  • Involve and support in SCM project as necessary

Qualifications:
  • Hold Diploma (D3) degree, preferably in Management, Industrial Engineering, or IT
  • Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Fresh graduate, 0 – <1 year of experience
  • Attention to details, analytical thinking, accuracy, and willing to learn
  • Able to work in a team and independently
  • Knowledge of data analysis, and product and/or graphic design
  • Good communication (written and spoken) in English and assertiveness.
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other database tools.
  • Domicile in Balikpapan area

4. Fresh Graduate Program 2025 – ERC (Government Relations)

Responsibilities include but not limited:
  • Involve and support in government relations activities, formalities, and permitting
  • Develop Government mapping and meeting logs
  • Establish RACI and formalities management
  • Meeting arrangement with Stakeholders

Qualifications:
  • Hold Bachelors (S1) degree in Communication Science or Socials Politics Science major.
  • Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Fresh graduate, 0 – <1 year of experience
  • Team player, analytical thinking, and willing to learn
  • Good communication (written and spoken) in English

5. Fresh Graduate Program 2025 – ERC (CSR)

Responsibilities include but not limited:
  • Involve and support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project
  • Develop CSR stories
  • Establish a documenting system
  • Manage Stakeholders database
  • Concept, create and produce the promoting items including design and its communications tools (poster, flyer, banner, brochure, signage, etc.).
  • Provide content of publications internally and externally.

Qualifications:
  • Hold Bachelors (S1) degree in Communication Science, Sociology or other relevant major.
  • Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00

6. Fresh Graduate Program 2025 – Business Support (Balikpapan)

Responsibilities include but not limited:
  • Assist Balikpapan Representative Officer (BROF) to handle office administration, goods and documents handling, support conducting events or meetings and land transportation as scope of work.
  • Assist BROF to provide support to all functions that need local support, focusing on Business Services, Operations, Project, HSSE, Commercial, SCM, and ERC. This includes dealing with external stakeholders.
  • Assist BROF to implement HSSE management.
  • Assist BROF to improve business processes as required.
  • Assist BROF related to offshore operations and other projects.
  • Maintain business support running properly.

Qualifications:
  • Hold Diploma (D3) degree, preferably in Management, Finance/Accounting, Administration, Communications, Industrial Engineering or other relevant major.
  • Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Fresh graduate, 0 – <1 year of experience
  • Team player, analytical thinking, and willing to learn
  • Good communication (written and spoken) in English
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Able to operate MS Visio, Photoshop is a plus

7. Fresh Graduate Program 2025 – Information Technology

Responsibilities include but not limited:
  • Participate in the design and development of new applications based on user requirements and business needs.
  • Collaborate with project managers and users to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Create and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
  • Integrate SharePoint with other systems and Microsoft environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues.
  • Deploy new applications, ensuring they are properly integrated with existing systems and meet performance standards.
  • Create and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
  • Provide technical support to end-users on SharePoint usage and troubleshooting.
  • Support Project Management in the IT function.

Qualifications:
  • Hold Bachelors (S1) degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or Electrical Engineering major.

  • Manage Engineering Down Cleaning (EDC) preparation phase relate to contract, activities, and other relevant
  • Support in day-to-day activities of Jakarta operation for supporting field operational
  • Support Operation KPI related with specific discipline.
  • Able to maintain self-safety as well as coworkers in all areas
  • Involve and support in Operations project as necessary

Qualifications:
  • Hold Bachelors (S1) degree in Chemical Engineering major
  • Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Fresh graduate, 0 – <1 year of experience
  • Attention to details, analytical thinking, and willing to learn
  • Able to work in a team and independently
  • Good communication (written and spoken) in English.
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Have knowledge in chemical process design, fluid mechanics, and other relevant.

10. Fresh Graduate Program 2025 – Exploration

Responsibilities include but not limited:
  • Perform the technical support for the prospect creation and maturation, post-drill evaluation.
  • Provide G&G technical support
  • Assist the Exploration team in any relevant meeting preparation and follow up process (both internal and external meetings)
  • Liaise with DDM team for the G&G data management QA/QC

Qualifications:
  • Hold a Bachelors (S1) degree, in Geophysics and Geology major.
  • Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Fresh graduate, 0 – <1 year of experience
